DCF4ALL generates Discounted Cash Flow valuation workbooks for US-listed public companies, derived from filings on the SEC EDGAR system. The Service is provided free of charge for personal, educational, and non-commercial use.
3. No Financial Advice
Nothing produced by the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. The DCF models are illustrative templates whose outputs depend entirely on the assumptions used. You are solely responsible for the investment decisions you make. Consult a qualified financial advisor before acting on any output.
4. Data Sources & Accuracy
Historical financial data is sourced from SEC EDGAR and parsed using the open-source edgartools library. Data may contain extraction errors, missing fields, or stale figures. Default assumptions are derived from historical averages and are not predictive of future performance. You use any output at your own risk.
5. Permitted Use
You may use generated workbooks for personal research, education, and non-commercial analysis. You may share or reference outputs provided you credit DCF4ALL.com. You may not resell the workbooks, republish them as a paid product, or use them for commercial purposes without explicit written permission. Redistribution in modified or unmodified form for profit is prohibited.
6. Acceptable Use
Do not abuse the Service: do not attempt to overload the workbook generator, scrape it at high volume, reverse-engineer the worker API, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We rate-limit requests and may block IPs that exhibit abusive patterns.
7. No Warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DCF4ALL and its maintainer are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including investment losses.

The Service links to and depends on third-party services including SEC EDGAR, edgartools, Buy Me a Coffee, and Wallstreetle. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or terms of those services.
